Emma is a 49 year old artist from Barry Island, Vale of Glamorgan. She describes her work as ‘happy art’- using bright colours and bold outlining, making her paintings pop. Her happy place is by the sea, a subject that often appears in her paintings- both digitally and on canvas.

Favourite Artist? Antoni Gaudi. I’ve always admired his work but was fortunate enough to visit Barcelona recently and seeing his work in real life, especially in Park Güell, has made me fall in love. His use of materials and working with nature is fascinating and beautiful.
