Pip is an artist from Brighton, now based in York with her partner and her dog, Joni.
She has been drawing dogs ever since she could hold a crayon; Nature, animals and typography inspire her playful, nostalgic style. Through her illustration business, Paws & Prose, she creates prints and pet commissions.

Favourite Artist? Ever since being entranced by his art when I saw it in person in Prague, my favourite artist has been Alphonse Mucha. I admire his elegant use of typography, flowing compositions and intricate Art Nouveau details. His work beautifully combines illustration, print and decorative floral elements, often inspired by nature. This balance of structure and ornament strongly influences my own approach to colour, pattern and storytelling.
