Call for Artists
The aim of St Luke’s Guiding Lights is to not only bring a wonderful host of colour, art and creativity to Plymouth, but to also raise awareness and vital funds for St Luke’s. We’re on the hunt for local, regional, established and emerging artists to get involved with our Guiding Lights art trail and auction by designing and decorating a large lighthouse. If your design is selected, you will receive an honorarium of £1,000 upon completion of your artwork.
Could this be you?
A little light can go a long a way…
The lighthouse holds a special place in the heart of Plymouth, with the iconic Smeaton’s Tower overlooking our waterfront, it has been the city’s symbol for centuries. The lighthouse symbolises a beacon of protection, particularly in times of darkness with its guiding light. We cannot wait to see beautifully designed lighthouses all over the city!
