City College Plymouth Guiding Light Project
City College Plymouth has signed-up to the Guiding Lights programme in order to support our communities. The College has long been recognised as a place where individuals can pursue their goals, transform their lives and positively impact those around them. Joining this programme provides another opportunity to extend that support to the St Luke’s community.
At the College, we work hard to instill the values of respect, ownership and integrity in all that we do. We believe this partnership will enable us to contribute to the remarkable work of St Luke’s in addressing a subject that is both painful and deeply significant to everyone.
Through our Lighthouse provision, we already provide guidance and support for students and staff who have experienced death, dying, loss and bereavement. We see this project as a meaningful way to continue supporting not only our local community but also the wider city.
